SuperStroke StrechCordz with Paddles

These are excellent, but they are very expensive and the only way I could get them to Ireland was to order them from Amazon US and then have them sent to my relatives in the UK and then ask them to send them on to Ireland, hard to believe in 2018! However, outside of the high cost and delivery hassle, the cords are perfect for swimming warm up and training out of the water.

Just what i needed

I ordered the Green cords first after reading the reviews, but they're too strong for high-rep work. Ordered the lighter Yellow ones and they're much better with a "smoother" resistance curve. I really like that the cords on each paddle are separate cords so the resistance is the same on each arm and you can do single arm exercises without needing to hold onto the other cord, like you would with a single-cord wrapped around something. The paddles are nice, but are a touch on the sharp side--makes for good feedback to not wrap your fingers around the ends and just push by your palms though.

Great product. I have been using these for a month now and I use this as I do not have access to a pool every other month. These have allowed me to keep some semblance of my swim stamina for when I do get access to a pool.

If you use these, you know they are the best!

It was not usable, one of the cords was poorly sewn and broke at first use. To send it back would be too costly.Disappointing

So far so good, great way to warmup.

It doesn't get separate. There is another one of this series that you can attach it any where you want to.
