I wish these snack bars were a bit more affordable. They are absolutely delicious for a low-carb sweet snack. But pricey.

I have tried two flavors of these, the carrot and the pineapple mango. The carrot does taste like carrot cake, though the consistency won't be the same as real cake. The Pineapple mango has a pineapple taste, no mango I can discern. As far as Keto cakes, these aren't bad. They are dense and moist, but fortunately they don't have that playdough texture a lot of Keto products have. As far as cake, if you want a light cake texture and very good taste, get a Smart Cake tangerine, lemon, coconut, whatever. If you want a dense, moist spice cake type texture, these will do it. I'm only rating them a 3 because the price is ridiculous. Unfortunately, it seems that all the low carb or Keto products are way overpriced. Still I guess for a while, before the newness wears off, some people will pay the price. In the long run, though, I think these manufacturers are limiting their sales by pricing their product so high. People like me may try it one time, but common sense will prevail, and I will then start working on making something similar at home because the price, even w/convenience isn't worth it.

I have bought all of the Nush cakes and have found them all to be moist and tasty, albeit a bit pricey. My favorites are the pineapple mango, raspberry cream, and blueberry. The tasty if light and fruity with just the perfect amount of sweetness. I can’t help myself but to top the raspberry cream with Land O’Lakes sugar-free whipped topping. Yum!

Not much flavor to it. I can tell there's fat in it, and that's fine. But there was just a whisper of pineapple flavor.

I ordered the blueberry and pineapple mango snack cakes. They are actually pretty good. Obviously they don’t taste like the real thing but they are very close to it. The texture is good and the quality is good. If your trying to go keto or eat a little more healthy you should try these.
