This thing is amazing and fast. Battery lasts a long time. The distance is great too. It works great with first net.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The device does not support other sim cards of verizon and device given to me was too slow compared to my mobile data of my phone. Pretty sure also the problem is the device since why would it give a very slow internet connection if the data of the phone is faster. Is should be faster than a phone because it is a router that is capable only one thing. I am just disappointed and also sad since I am figuring out this scenario. For a price it great but the device I was not satisfied to have this problem to deal with it so I returned most of it. You live northern areas of Long Island. Signals can be so difficult to try to connect but phones can access the internet even it is too low for mmwave to be.

Very good product. Works as advertised and expected

The first one came with a non functioning USB charger. Amazon had me reorder the device & keep the new charger & return te new order with the non functioning charger.

This product came in what looked like NIB condition. I was able to put a googlefi sim into this and get 5g connectivity in various places. I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

no, these things really don't work very well. They kind of suck and my Internet provider, which happens to be Verizon, which says these are approved for says they can't get it to work in their system and I've been waiting to find out what's been going on, but also there's locks on these things.
