This is my second one. Both serve the purpose. The first one I got was almost double the price. I wish the grip had serrated teeth for better hold. I use it to hold my phone while listening to audio books, motivational programs, music or watch NetFlix. The first one I bought, my wife kept after she was issued in secret a restraining order against me, a man who has 3 beautiful children with her, a man who her children called "MAPA" because i took care of them from A-Z from birth till recently, a man who showered her with endless gifts, attention, kindness, love and affection for 22 years. People do get this product because for under $10 bucks it is worth it, because it also comes with cellphone suction cup for your car.

The clamp is powerful, and I like that the clip is forked so it doesn't press on my phone's volume buttons. The suction cup extra is also very strong and holds up my phone easily. The forked clip's large ball-joint head is also very secure and holds the weight 3-inch-wide phablet rather easily. Unfortunately, the goose neck's perpendicular origin from the clamp is actually kind of cumbersome to make room for if you're trying to clamp it in a tight space, because you can't start bending it right from that point. The goose neck itself is very strong but surprisingly malleable, though.The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars (yet) is because I want to see how long the ball-joint head will last with all the friction from adjusting it around.

My hubby has a large cell phone that takes up a lot of console space when he drives my car. I ordered this thinking it would clamp onto the side of the console or somewhere in the car. Unfortunately, I was unable to get it to clamp anywhere handy in the car. The suction device will also not adhere to the dash due to a textured finish. I was so excited about the concept of this product, however, it did not meet my needs or expectations.

I use one of these nightly for extended periods to talk to my fiancée when we're away from each other. Even with regular use and frequent bending/changing positions, the arm is still as bendy and sturdy as the first day I bought it.The added sticky mount wasn't as stellar as I think it could've been and actually broke with some forceful fiddling I did (not discrediting the mount for my foolishness). The images are somewhat misleading, too, in that you believe you're getting two of the clamps, but you actually need to remove it to use on the other mount. Ultimately, I purchased this for the arm mount, anyway, so no harm.

This one is decent...The clamp that holds the phone is excellent, But the part that clamps to the desk was not very strong, so I ended up having to use some duct tape to make it secure.I didn't use the dashboard attachment, but it looks like it would work with no problems.

I haven't tried the suction cup yet but the bendable arm is excellent quality and holds its shape very well. I have been using this to support my gs6 edge in a BMW I3 by attaching the clip to the side of the built in nav screen. The clips hold well under ideal road conditions but if the ride gets a little bumpy the prongs are not deep enough to hold on. I purchased some velcro to stick on the screen and the prongs and now the clip is stable under any conditions. Even with the minor alterations this is still and excellent value under $10.

The clamps are not long enough so the might slip and make scratches in your desk if your desk is made of soft wood. I like the clamp where it holds your phone but I kind of wish the desk clamp part was like drafting table light... they hold better. ( see attached photo)

The only con to this is the windshield mount. The plastic is a little soft, so it vibrates some even when on mostly smooth roads. Mount is very secure to windshield. The Gooseneck has a steel ball to mount on and is very high quality design and material.Will mount to bicycle and make videos with this. IF the Windshield mount woudl have been metal, or even a stiffer material it would have received 5 stars.
