Helps with my heartburn an acid reflux. I add some honey for taste. My by acid reflux started getting really bad. After I had an upper endoscopic, something or other. But the slippery elm has really helped. I started with a two servings twice a day, with about five ounces of water. And that was about 2 weeks. Now I take just one serving in the morning before eating anything. I will never forget first night.I went without chewing on ant acids I was so excited.

It doesn't dissolve in water. No matter the temperature. Used it a few times and just put it away because it was gross to have to swallow the bits
