It works, but more importantly without the melatonin next day grogginess
I usually have no problem falling asleep, but that's not the case when I travel internationally. I used to use a sizable amount of Melatonin to help me adjust the jet lag, but this left me groggy and cranky the following day. This product (recommended to me by a friend) worked like a charm. Half a bottle saw me sound asleep the first few nights (I am 255lb) and I was able to time shift 9 hours of jet lag in half the time it usually took me with melatonin (a couple of bottles ~ $5 investment)

Exactly what I needed to do.... SHUT OFF!
Very surprised on how this worked. I was using Melatonin pills to try and go to sleep. I would lay in bed and keep thinking about projects or things that I have coming up. I have tried different things to help but these have been working the best so far. Taste was good not sour or overly sweet. I do not wake up drowsy or tired.
