Fantastic little machine. Had first batch of ice in 11 min. Should have bought this years ago.

This ice machine is the real deal. I actually installed it outside under a canopy because we host a lot. When we first installed it we had a party later on that day and it was hot and yet the machine still produced plenty of ice and in spite of not being in a refrigerated holder still kept the ice cold and melted. Keep in mind it was about 86° that day. The only drawback is that it does not come with a filter -You have to go out and purchase one separately which was a little bit of a hassle but it makes up for it in performance. Highly recommend it!

Vevor customer service is awful. I would not be purchasing any more vevor products. The amount of support that is given including the response is not a company I would like to deal with again the product is ok but compared to other ice maker I wou recommend looking else where. The water filter is not included which is a key component to hook it up to tap water. Other companies include this. Also instruction aren't clear either. Don't waste your money

Easy hookup. We installed to water source so I’m not sure about the freestanding. This way works perfectly! Makes lots of ice in a short period of time. The only complaint I have is how loud the ice is when it drops! Scares my dogs to death. So perfect if you don’t have pets!

Best ice machine on earth instantly gives you enough ice to take care of a bunch of people And after a couple hours, you’ll never run out If you run out you have a big enough establishment Well, I bet you 2 will do the job! And at that price, you can’t beat it

Great machine and great storage only reason why didn't get 5 stars is because of the noise but you can tell its a quality machine very well built

Bought this for my blue collar husband because ultimately it will pay for its self before the end of summer. It makes ice super quickly. It’s not meant to hold the ice but it stays cool for a long time. It was super easy to set up and we haven’t had any issues yet.

Makes great ice but it does not cut into cubes….comes out in sheets of cubes, has to be broken up to use.
