Works like a charm 🤘
This halloween I wanted to make a slipknot mask so I casted my own sculpt into a plaster mold and used this brand of mask latex. This is my first time using latex and even making a mask but man was this latex extremely easy to use.It definitely does stink similar to latex paint so I highly suggest anyone to do this either outside or in a well ventilated space. This latex worked perfectly and set within 12 hours for a semi thick half-mask, if I didn’t use the rest of the quart for paint then I’d confidently say I could make 2 maybe even 3 masks with this quart. Even casting in “Plaster of Paris” this thing set properly and with a long enough set time it didn’t even really need powder to prevent it from sticking. The only negative is the price, since the tax is absolutely crazy but this was a definite worth purchase and I’ll be looking forward to working more with this latex in future projects 🙏

Perfect on all my projects. My Creepy Effects YouTube
My Creepy Effects on YouTubeMy current project: Palmer Creature Mask.A combination with clay foam and acrylic Paints that rests on pantyhose is a cost efficient way to go. Painting requires layering for the perfect outcome. RD-407 came perfectly sealed, packaged correctly and is a thick consistency I can work with in mixing for color palates I want to paint. If you need thinner buy some cheap liquid latex from Walmart or Spirit Halloween Store. As a stand alone is good for repairs, skin effects. If you want a mask, best to have a pour mold. But then I would look for a slush latex for pour mold than this. If you're in a pinch, then layer it in the mold, 1 to 3 times.I use this in every project that requires latex and it has never let me down.

Perfect and easy to work with
I have ordered this product for years and have never been disappointed. It's easy to work with and the smell isn't really that bad. Yes, you have a bit of smell, but as soon as you close the lid, the majority of the smell goes away. I will always buy this liquid latex and will expand my future purchases to other products this company offers.

So easy even a noob can use it.
Used this for my first time using latex and while I had done some research did not fully know what I was doing. It was very easy to use, and the items I was casting came out perfect. I would recommend wetting the brush a tad if you are going to paint this on a mold, and before using water to wash off the brush wipe it down very well, put a little dawn dish soap in your hand and swirl the brush in that to keep the latex from sticking quite so bad. Even mixed this 50/50 with acrylic paint to make an easy paint for the items I made. Very happy and would buy again if I need latex.

Good but the smell
This latex works amazing and I can put it right on to my face without any problems the only issue with the latex is it takes a very long time to dry my mold wasn't even an inch thick and took almost a week to dry so not the best for a last minute project the only other thing I noticed was the smell... it smells ratched it smells like cat piss and dirty old cat litter that is the best was I can explain it, it smells toxic like a harsher chemical them it is. The color which idk if that if to expect sometimes it will turn a dark brownish yellow witch is slightly disturbing but it still works well also face paint can actually stick to it which was an amazing bonus
