More than toy. Useful for Hot Tub maintenance
We have a hot tub that won't drain completely. there's always big puddle left in the contours of the seats and at the bottom, because the drain is not flush with the floor. Some people use a shop vac to remove these last puddles, but I wanted something simple without cords or the weight of a vacuum unit. This water shooter seemed a little $$$ for what I wanted, but it also looked sturdier than a toy, so gave it a try. It worked perfectly! I could stand on the outside of the tub and reach every puddle to completely remove all the old water. I withdrew the water like a syringe and shot it into a pail. Took only minutes compared to fussing with electric cords, outside outlets or unwieldy vacuum hoses that tip the vac over. So handy !

For what it is, the price is right
We are going to a soaker weekend at the Rv park. People ride around on their golf carts with 5 gallon buckets of water for refills and blast one another. People hide and jump out to blast you as you drive by. Fun for all. I am spending a chunk of money for a month long stay, in a activity filled rv park, for the kids. I needed to hold cost down. The water Guns are for the kids. I needed something effective and this gun was the cheapest in its class, we tried them out and they work great, for our needs. They come packaged and sold as one. I don't know, how others think it is a three pack. The three in the picture, are to show, the different color options. I was blown away, by the prices of water guns. I was happy to find these. I still think they are over priced, but when compared to the choices you have, I couldnt find a better deal. My little girl is strong enough to shoot it a good 35/40 feet. Then stronger you are, the further it goes. I would recommend to a friend.

Works amazing for spraying the roof
In springtime, pigeons like to get on my roof. They, and cats, particularly like solar panels and getting under them. This gun reaches crazy distances and gets them off without hurting them. It scares them enough so they won't come back. It does not leak and works right away.

Perfect
We bought this to help train our dog not to bark in the yard. When he goes out to do his business, he sometimes decides to bark at a neighbor or another dog or a squirrel. No command works while he’s in the yard bc he knows we are too far away and too old to reach him quickly to correct his behavior. (Our yard is on a fallaway with a higher deck). Enter the water cannon. Now, if we let him out and hear him barking, we don’t have to break a hip getting to him. We just stand by the water gun. It only took two squirts for him to realize barking at neighbors is not okay. Don’t come at me PETA. We love this sweet boy and pamper him, but we are also training him to be a good dog inside and outside.

Works but leaks
I got this to fend off a hawk that was waiting repeatedly in a tree across from a bush that houses a bunch of birds that I have been feeding. I put their feeders inside the bush to give them protection from the hawk. I thought they would be safe that way from it swooping down on them. None the less, the hawk would still hang out on the nearby fence - it would actually climb into the bush and go after the birds. I heard them screaming several times and can only hope that the hawk was unable to get one. When I would scare it away from the fence and the bush it would retreat to the tree, about 20 feet off the ground. It would just sit there and stare at me. The first and only time I tried this water shooter I missed the hawk but came very close. It got the message and flew away. It did not return for three days, so I thought I had succeeded in scaring it away. But it did return. I had hoped to be able to leave the water shooter filled and inside the front door so that I could run out immediately when I see the hawk. However it leaks far too much. I ended up putting a 5 gallon bucket out near the bush so that I could grab the shooter and run out and fill it and fire. But this process takes too long - the hawk has always been gone by then. And now the bucket of water is frozen solid. I wouldn't want to hit the hawk with cold water when it is this cold anyway, that would be cruel and it is only trying to get a meal. So when it warms up, I may get another crack at the hawk if it is up in the tree for any length of time, but if this device did not leak I would have a far better chance of actually getting him. See photo of the hawk on the fence - I don't have one of him/her in the tree.
