This scooter is awesome! I researched lots of scooters and read lots of reviews and this got the best reviews. My then 4 year old loved it. We got it for her for Christmas and I almost got the Mini Micro but I'm glad I went with the Maxi cause it worked then and will work for many years. She struggles with bikes cause she doesn't have the patience and neither do I so I decided on this scooter. It's easy to steer and balance and its adjustable. Since it was Christmas and there was snow she would ride it inside all over the place. Now that it's summer she loves it outside too. She likes to go fast and she never liked to go fast. It's because she is in control. She can do hills which frustrated her and me on a bike. We tried other scooters with one wheel and two wheels on the back and this scooter is so great for her. She's 5 and still buzzes around on it. Her 1 year old sister putts around on it too. Handle bars are too tall for her but she can get the general idea. I would totally buy this scooter again for my other kids. It was more than I wanted to spend but I decided I needed to spend the extra to make it better and more enjoyable for her and I'm so glad I did. It's sturdy and well built and easy to adjust and cute! I loved all the colors I could pick from. She'll get used to the bike eventually when I make dad with all the patience help, right now she's so happy with the scooter! It has a great concept for steering too. Instead of turning the handle bars she just leans side to side and shifts her weight and voila that's where it goes.

I purchased two of these for my 4.5 year old nephews for Christmas. I went back and forth between this and the Mini Maxi, since they're just below the recommended age for this one and not terribly coordinated and I was worried they would not pick this model up as easily as the smaller one. They are tall for their age though, and I couldn't find much info on the best choice for these in this situation, so I ultimately decided on this one because the handle was adjustable and they could grow with it. I needn't have worried, they both hopped right on these (with their new dinosaur helmets, of course) and took off. These were fun right out of the box! They quickly learned how to move forward on them, though they are still figuring out how to steer, they struggle with corners and "drifting" into the grass off the sidewalk, but can follow a curving path with no problems. They have bikes and power wheels that both steer like a car and have mostly figured those out, but I like that this one requires them to lean into it because they're can't jackknife these when they get distracted (as 4 year olds do). The scooter is light enough that they can easily maneuvered it on their own, so they just pick it up and change direction when needed and this doesn't seem to bother them or slow them down. After they'd gotten comfortable riding the scooters, I showed them how to work the brake, which they picked up immediately. On the few times that they've lost control of the scooter, they've intuitively hopped off rather than fall with it. They love riding their scooters, and I credit the fabulous design of this model.

These are really sturdy compared to cheaper scooters. Easy to use, easy to assemble, keeps kids entertained for a long time. I’ll keep getting these in the various iterations as they grow up.

I am so pleased that we went with this scooter for our 5yo's birthday gift. We looked at cheaper models, but none of them seemed to measure up in terms of quality or consistent positive customer feedback. This is a well-designed, well-manufactured scooter. This is our 5yo daughter's first scooter, so we wanted a three-wheeled scooter for extra stability. However, so many models put the double wheels in the back instead of the front. This makes it harder for them to really push themselves along without scraping up their ankles on the back wheels or throwing off their balance to avoid kicking the back wheels. The micro maxi has the double wheels up front, making it very easy for propulsion. The steering is easy for my 5yo to control. It is intuitive - she just leans into the way she wants to go, and it turns with ease. The back break is also a fantastic feature. I didn't think she would be able to get the hang of the break that quickly, but after just a couple of days, she had it down. She was quickly riding this thing like a pro! It's sturdy, easy to put together, easy to break down for travel, and easy to adjust handle bar height. And there are a billion accessories to deck it out in (on the company's website). We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend this scooter!

This scooter is awesome and worth the money. My son loves it. It rolls really far with very little effort. And very sturdy.

It’s nice but too expensive. I’ve seen cheaper ones that look kinda the same, too small for a 4’3 kid. My son is autistic and doesn’t know how to use the ones with 2 wheels so I bought this one for the reviews And the chart according to my kid’s height. Still too small. The wheels doesn’t even lighten up

I choose this scooter because if it’s smooth maneuverability and height of the handle. I have a 7 year old who is too big for average scooters that have three wheels and she isn’t ready for two wheel scooter . This scooter is perfect for what we needed . We did have an issue and I’ll explain . I want to give them five stars because they resolved the issue within less than five days. The back wheel started making sounds that it normally didn’t before and with the break being on the back wheel I was concerned and I reached out for support. They immediately fixed the situation . I sent a picture and video of what was happening and they sent us a new scooter and we have to return the old and they also paid for the return shipping label . I emailed the company on a Friday by the next Friday morning we had the replacement . Awesome experience . My daughters friend has the same scooter but in pink and it has never done what my daughters scooter did. I think it was a fluke and doesn’t speak of the overall value of the scooter. Sometimes things just go wrong and I can tell it wasn’t a quality issue just a fluke.

I bought this scooter for my son's Birthday and he absolutely loved it. My daughter and I tried on the scooter too. And it was amazingly smooth. Highly recommended this product!!

Aufgrund der Bewertungen anderer Eltern haben wir uns für dieses- nicht ganz günstige- Board entschieden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, das Board im Nu aufgebaut, es steht sicher und ist sehr stabil. Positiv fiel mir das Gewicht des Boards auf. Es ist nicht zu schwer und kann von einem 6jährigen problemlos getragen werden. Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Kickboard jeden Cent wert. Unser motorisch sehr gehandikapter 6-jähriger Sohn konnte aufgrund des tiefliegenden Brettes ganz leicht aufsteigen und ist auch sofort los gerollert. Nach ersten Versuchen im Wohnzimmer ging es auf die Straße. Nach ca. 10 Minuten funktionierte sogar das Lenken schon ganz gut. Erwähnenswert wäre noch, daß man die Lenkstange sehr weit rausziehen kann. Bei einer max. Belastung von 50 kg können die Kinder wirklich richtig lange etwas davon haben. Also eine rundum gelungene Sache und das Board ist unbedingt empfehlenswert!

C'était pas mal mais elle ne tient pas debout toute seule En plus au niveau de la suspension c'est moins agréable et il trouve qu'il fait presque du skate avec ce genre de trotinette Elle ne se plie pas mais est malgré tout moins encombrante. 狭いところでも、すいすい。購入時は、小学３年生でしたので、ちょうど、お友達と自転車に乗って出かけたがる時期でしたが、自転車では、不安。その点、このマキシーは安定感がよく、ブレーキもあるので、安心でした。現在購入より、１年たちましたが、本人も自転車より、マキシーで出かけるのを好んでいます。ヘルメットをかぶってのっていますが、形がユニークなので、街中でとても目立つらしく、乗っていると、必ず注目されます。お友達にも必ず、貸してほしいといわれる様子。ただ、あまり、追随者がいないのは、お値段が、少し高いせいかなと、思います。ジョイスティックにするのは、少し躊躇しましたが、バランス感覚を養うためと思い、こちらにしました。本人は、使いやすいようです。難点は、鍵がないこと。スティックを外すのが、子供には、意外に難しいこと。軽いので、盗難に遭うのではとひやひやします。今のところ、出かけるのは公園や、図書館といったところなので、大丈夫ですが、いまだに、不安です。また、収納袋があればいいのになと思っています。是非、作ってください。
