Touchless is annoying
Beautiful, sure. But touchless does not work as advertised. Things aren’t supposed to turn water off and on, but washing dishes was near impossible - even in the less sensitive setting that is specified for my counters - and grabbing the sprayer also turned off the water. So I changed the setting to NO TOUCHLESS. And today, the setting is back to factory. I shouldn’t have to reset the setting every day. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it as is because there will be no more crawling under the sink.

The faucet has been nightmare. High price and hard to figure out how to make it operate. The touchless/touch goes off whenever it wants. Likes to go off when your arm is under it but don't want in on....hate it
