Could absolutely not stand the stock shifter on my Orion RXB 190. It was too hard to locate with my MX boots on and was painful to upshift while wearing regular shoes or light boots. In my experience the Orion RXB 190 has been a surprisingly good and reliable China bike with lots of upgraded stock parts over most other China brands but it's upgraded shifter just did not work for me at all. That stock shifter actually sells here on Amazon for more than what this Tusk shifter costs. The Tusk is also much lighter than stock and so far seems durable and is just perfect for the trail riding I do. By writing this review I'm trying to save someone else the trial and error I experienced while trying to find the perfect shifter that would work on the Zongshen ZS190 motor. I tried a JFG Racing shifter and while it technically worked it had a lot of play and in order to have enough case clearance it hung below the skid plate which is a no go. Then I tried a a shifter that said it was specifically made to fit the Zongshen ZS190- it was not even close to fitting, so third time with the Tusk was the charm. As I mentioned it's a great fit with no play so it did require a rubber mallet to tap it in place and don't forget the Loctite.

This fit my tw200 well, it would have been easier to install without my aftermarket skid plate or if I had really shallow sockets but a regular one wouldnt fit and I had to use a regular wrench. Still really straightforward. I don't really expect this to last as it is aluminum, I didn't realize the arm was aluminum until I got it. It does, however, function better than the original as it is a tiny bit longer (maybe 1/2 inch at most) and sticks away from the engine case a little bit more than stock. That little bit definitely helps with my size 12 boots. I'd recommend it as tusk usually makes good stuff, but I actually think the stock one looks better and will probably have my stock one cut and welded to be longer and in a better position and switch back when this one breaks, which I hate to say, but I am expecting it to take one real hit to snap it.

Bought larger footpegs for my TW200, which made the stock shifter too close to the peg with my riding boots on. This shifter is slightly longer and set slightly further away from the engine case, giving me the clearance I needed. Looks great too. Easy install.

My old shifter was giving me problems and i have been a fan of Tusk products for a while so i bought this hoping it would help and it did, i have had it for a day and its been great. Will update my review if it breaks.

Excelente entrega

I recently bought an X-Pect 200 and was looking at different quality of life mods. the Tusk shifter was high recommended and it was also one of the cheaper/easier mods to install. it took under 10 minutes to fully install and it feels substantially better then the stock shift lever. The ability to bend and have a little give if the bike is dropped is nice(first bike/new rider).
