Over the summer, I began a serious quest to master the art of pie. Prior to getting this mat, I had simply used the counter or the cutting board.Quell la difference with a mat! No more sticking of the dough to the surface. Also, the measurement rings took the guess work out of the size. But best of all, when armed with a better rolling pin, the results won me a blue ribbon at the parish picnic! Not bad for a first timer against seasoned church ladies!Seriously, this will save you so much in terms of clean up and in guess work. Will buy again for gifting! I doubt I'll need a new one for some time; this baby holds up.

When I got this it smelled like plastic. I washed with dawn dish and a little bleach still couldn’t get the smell of plastic. So I threw it away.

Reminds me of the old Tupperware one I had years ago. Great for pie making.

I love this mat. It is durable and washes off easily. It does not shift during kneading or when using a rolling pin.

avoids a lot mess, practical and it really helps while doing something

This mat is ok. It moves on my quartz counter when I get to rolling out my bread dough. Also, the smell of the mat was horrible at first. Its getting better, but I would not buy again nor recommend.

Works as expected

It requires a little storage for this wonderful must have in my kitchen. I love the fact that it doesn’t move when I roll the dough on it.
