 I installed the light bulb camera outside my garage as it helps me feel secure when I am outside doing business. After testing, everything works well. The 1080P image quality is great, I can see anything clearly in the daytime or at night. And I also love the motion detection feature which also allows me to switch between five levels of sensitivtiy depending on what suits me. I tested it by driving my car out of the garage, and the sync alert message sent to my phone from APP immediately. Now I can work outside with peace without worrying about any possible theft. Thanks to this light bulb monitoring. Worth buying!

The installation and set up was fairly easy although the app setting are not intuitive. It has great video quality and the bulb camera gives a very wide range of view. The downside to the security camera is that when it detects motion, it only records to the cloud or SD card for about 30 seconds regardless of how long the activity is going on in front of the motion detector. So if you don't happen to see alert when activity is happening live, you will not see the whole event. Which brings me to the alert. It sends a visual alert notification to the app. At the end of the day, I looked at my app after a day away and saw I had 4 alerts. I went to the cloud (which I purchased in the app) and had 4 recordings of 30 second events. So if you are not constantly looking at you app on your phone, you will not see what has happened if an event lasts more than 30 seconds.

I love this camera! I bought this to monitor my room and my sugar gliders. It's awesome to watch them run around when I'm not home, they're so cute lol. I was amazed at the quality of it, with it being 1080p HD. It also has excellent night vision, even in pitch black darkness. It automatically switches from color to black and white when it gets dark, I do wish I could do that manually, but it's not a problem. The microphone is not perfect but way better than I expected it to be. The app for it is easy to use and includes a lot of different features and settings. This is really a great security camera and I'd definitely recommend it.

This bulb camera is amazing! I can't believe this little camera can capture so much of the surroundings. One tip though, if you have a dual band router, make sure to activate the 2.4ghz and it doe not work on 5ghz....other than that, it is great! it alerts me whenever motion i detected, you can communicate through this bulb...If you have one at every porch, you can rest assured that no one can get in your house without knowing about it. The seller is great and very prompt to response to your needs. An excellent experience all around.

So I am updating my review and stars. (kept the old review below).I set up a guest network on my router in order to follow the instructions. The product itself turned out to work well. It is a shame that the manufacturer does not spend a few more dollars on more professional installation instructions. Overall the item itself is more or less what I expected it to be.Initial review - Poor setup instructions (looks like it was translated from Chinese) . Waste of money. Couldn't install. May return unless I could figure out instructions online.They instruct you to change your network name in order for it to connect to the network! It is insane! Do I need to go to every connected device in my network now and change it?I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased that schlocky Chinese product.

I love this product I had to purchase it again . I recommend it to everyone around me and they expressed interest in purchasing it. The camera is very very very clear. I can stay anywhere and turn on/off the light and speak and they hear me very clearly. The motion detection is very very very alert. It sends alert to my phone instantly even if it is breeze. It picks up sounds from a distant and sends you an alert. I can even playback videos and while doing so the app allows you to take pictures and records it for later use. This PRODUCT is AMAZING..YOU WILL LOVE IT!

This has been the biggest waste of money, I now have to go through the process of trying to get my money back. Does not work! It says it's ready, got it set up on the app and all the app says is that its offline! I reset and tried several times now still not working . The light is not bright at all, sticks out like a sore thumb. So disappointed with this product.

This light bulb camera is fantastic in several regards. Installation is a breeze - literally put it into the light and you're set. No wiring or work switching out a door bell. The 360 degree view is great and the different ways to view it are perfect and very impressive. Setup can be a bit wonky with your phone squeeling high pitched tones at the light bulb to transmit the Wi-Fi info, but you only have to do it once. Can also be a challenge at times to get the microSD card inserted properly. Otherwise the pros far outweigh the cons. Very good product that with a few tweaks could be a fantastic device.
