HIGHLY recommended to anyone looking for probiotic. Highly effective! I love this brand over all the others tried in the past but I've been loyal to the NOW brand for 10 plus years and recently had to use another brand that totally did not perform as well, so I'm back to my Loyal NOW brand. As a breastfeeding mother who had 3 rounds of antibiotics in labor my gut health was destroyed. My baby became colicky around 3 weeks old & I went on a hunt to find a high dosage probiotic that could benefit my baby & myself. This is the one I found, I’ve been using it daily for several months now & I’m just starting to cut back to every other day. Typically too much probiotics can cause diarrhea but sometimes they can also cause constipation so just pay attention to your body & adjust the dosage accordingly. I do wish these came in a glass bottle rather than plastic but since they have a good blend of probiotic strains I will continue to purchase them as needed. I do keep them in the fridge as well even though it’s not mentioned on the bottle. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been using NOW Foods Supplements, Probiotics daily and I’m really happy with it. I chose it because it’s 100 billion CFU, which felt like a solid, high-strength option. The capsules are easy to swallow and it’s been gentle for me. It’s now a staple in my routine and I plan to keep buying it.

My stomach has been feeling better since starting these probiotics several months ago. Plus, I decided to try making yogurt with these and added the contents of 2 capsules to a 1/2 gallon container of 2% milk in my Instant Pot. For those of you who don't know, the whole sterilization process that's recommended for yogurt-making in an Instant Pot is not necessary if you start with ultra-pasteurized milk. That's the key. It has already gone through the sterilization process. All you need to do is either run your Instant Pot liner and a whisk through the dishwasher or pour boiling water over clean items and dry with paper towels to make sure everything is sterile so you won't grow any nasty bacteria. Then pour in your ultra-pasteurized milk, whisk in 2 to 3 of these capsules and set the pot for an 8-hour yogurt cycle. I like to strain my yogurt afterward to make greek yogurt. I just tried this process using 2 capsules added to my milk (no other yogurt starter was used) and the yogurt tasted great! I will say it was maybe a slight bit runnier than my usual batch, so next time I might put in a 3rd capsule and see what happens. But I figure the resulting yogurt has more probiotics than commercial yogurt, as those typically contain only 2 to 6 different strains. I like the idea of making my own yogurt with 10 strains of probiotics. Now that I've got some made, my very next batch will just use a couple of heaping spoons of my current yogurt and I'll keep that going for awhile. When I feel it's time to start completely over, I'll try the idea of 3 capsules instead of 2.

Probiotic was used to deal with constipation issue. In this task it delivered somewhat, once every 3 days or so. Not what one would call a very efficient capsule, but the price was very enticing. As soon as it was delivered went into the refrigerator and stayed there until finished. For a 100 Billion rated, it did not perform better than a 50 Billion, per say. 3.5 Stars.

I consistently come back to this probiotic. As many of you know, if you want a high dose (100 billion CFU or more per capsule/serving) you're normally going to pay >$1 per pill. And that's probably ok sometimes. But it can make it tough to regularly purchase high dose probiotics (which may be needed if you're battling chronic intestinal and gut microbiome issues). Thankfully Now Foods has kept this product at between $17-$20 for 30c (thru most of 2019). I love you Renew Life, but you're a little too pricey. Plus, Now uses strains that have a lot of clinical data backing their efficacy (whereas GOL and some other high dose probiotic companies use strains that don't). Of course you've got to find what works for you, and aside from microbiome testing (ex. the GI Map test) it can often be a game of trial and error in finding the right product that works best for you. This one seems to work for me and many of my clients. Highly recommend!
