Great trumpet for a beginner

good product, no documents
Trumpet came ontime and was packaged very well unfortunatly did not contain any paperwork, certificates waranty coupons just the trumpet and case, it had a inspection sticker on interior box so i wonder if it was a returned item or not. I cant even contact the manufacture to complain and ask for replacement items. Not very happy about this!
