What a great buy!! I was expecting a good product but this hip band if far better than what I expected! It’s comfortable to use and targets exactly the muscles i wanted. It doesn’t hurt my legs like other brands and the quality is far better than the rest in the market. Would recommend it 100%!! Will be buying the other size as well because having both resistances will complement each other and allow me to do even more exercises at home!

This is a great band. I’ve never tried other bands before but every leg day I use this band for all my lower body exercises and I can really feel my glutes and hips getting stronger (I play a lot of Racquetball so strong hips and glutes are a must if you want to hit the ball with a lot of power).Exercises I’ve tried so far with success: Leg press, hack squats, back squats, front squats, lunges, lateral lunges.Included with this purchase the company provides you with a free members only subscription on a mobile app.This app has tons of videos of how to use the band and a lot of exercise examples you can do either at the gym or your home.

Honestly, I haven't tried them yet. I'm giving 5 stars just on the EXCELLENT customer service/follow up. The bands look GREAT and I will leave a review on them. Honestly, I'm sure they are just as good as the company that stands behind the. Thank you Healthquo LLC

I did a ton of research on bands before I purchased these. I had gotten some rubber ones previously that didn't provide enough resistance for me. THESE ARE PERFECT. All comparable bands I've found are $25-30 for ONE. I think it's definitely worth it to get the 3-pack with difference resistances to use for various exercises. I've recommended these to a bunch of friends. Get them!

I ordered this band a few weeks ago and have been using it in my booty workouts. I can definitely say it makes a big difference! It's also such a quality product! Well made excercise band that comes with a very nice carrying case. It gives a great workout! Very effective.

I was hesitant to buy this hip band because I thought all of the reviews were sponsored but I did anyways and I am so happy! It's excellent quality, nice and thick so I don't have to worry about it tearing/breaking like the rubber hip bands. I have never purchased the Katy Hearn glute band but I feel no need to now that I have this one!
