Notion Innovations Spino Deluxe Back Support Posture Correction and Improvement System with Office Chair Attachment

This is not another one of the flimsy cheapo wearable/walking type supports found online. I was introduced to this type of low back support device several years ago by my Physical Therapy providers. It was recommended for moderate to severe pain/adjustment flare ups to get relief as quickly as possible by applying the right amount of support in exactly the right position..safely. This particular device is 100 times better made than the one I purchased from PT.

Awkward to actually use, cannot get up and down without removing then retightening the straps. It does force you to sit upright, but pressure transferred to knees

This back support really has helped me maintain a good posture while working at my computer at work. It’s also very good support for my back.
