Seidio DILEX Pro for Apple iPhone 6 - Retail Packaging - Black

I purchased this case sight unseen due to the ability to add a holster if so desired. Overall I am pretty happy with it. Like another poster noted... the case didn't fit as tight around the volume rockers as it did on the other side. I played with it quite a bit and finally got it to seat properly. I am not sure but there may be a little flash from the mold on the hard portion that requires you to try and pull the black soft plastic over the edge of the hard plastic to get it to seat correctly. After a few times fussing with it I got it pretty good.

Looks cool but I liked the hand feel of the old Dilex Pro for my galaxy S3 much better. It had soft rubber that provided great grip and the right amount of squish for pressing side buttons. This has some sort of harder plastic mix for the inner layer. Looks nice but the functionality has gone down in my opinion. I can't help but feel like it has less drop protection without the cushion of the softer inner layer now. Disappointing for the price, I wanted to make this my go-to brand but I don't think I'll be getting another one considering how pricey they are now.

The case is great by itself but when used in the holster it keeps turning down the volume on its own due to the button covers. My previous case did not have the button covers and I was much happier with that one.

Purchased for the kickstand functionality thinking I would like the case better than my current Incipio DualPro. However, this has very poor fit and finish that are worse than any previous Seidio single or dual layer case I have had before. It is very slightly smaller in dimensions than the DualPro and has similar matte non-slip finish. One tab along the side of the hard shell does not fit completely onto the matching ridge in the soft layer. The soft layer has molding seams right along the edges where you hold the phone so they bite into your fingers. I am going back to using the DualPro which fits perfectly and has rounded edges and is a pleasure to hold.

Good case for the price. I have dropped it my phone many times and so far my screen is intact. Would definitely recommend. Plus it looks sleek.

I love Seidio cases because they are slim, they protect and they offer a kickstand.

Fantastic. Best phone cover I've ever used. Lightweight and thin but gives enough protection. The little kick stand is just the coolest. I found the holster for it too and and very happy with this.

This case is nice and thin, it protects the edges and keeps the face of the phone off of surfaces. I also like the kickstand and the rubbery textured surface.

It should get more than three stars, but there are two problems.First, in general, this is quite a good case. It's a little wider and thicker than I'm used to, but that was a conscious choice. My previous case probably wouldn't have survived a drop; luckily, it basically fell apart without ever being tested for drop-protection. The fit and finish of this one are superb, it looks great, it does appear to have great protection. The back looks beautifully metallic, but has a light tackiness to it, which I consider mandatory for a phone case. They really got it right. All the openings are excellent. Plenty of room for plugs, black edge to the camera cut-out, so no flash reflection, and the power and volume switches are covered with easy-to-use buttons. Very well done.Here are the two problems:1. The edges aren't rounded. The edges on the back aren't too bad. They aren't sharp, although I wish they were rounder. But the edges on top are worse, especially where the hard-rubber bezel meets the metal back. That edge feels sharp and uncomfortable in my hand.2. This one upsets me more. Some people online complained it's hard to get the kickstand out. Either they were wrong or Seidio has fixed this. It's very easy, and the bump for the kickstand on the back is very slight. However, when you pull it out and then set the phone on its side to read, the bottom edge – the long edge – doesn't sit flat on the table. The right side is slightly elevated, so the thing bounces around. This is very annoying and it seems like an easily corrected design flaw. Maybe it will fix itself in time as the case relaxes, but right now this pisses me off a lot.

I really love the kickstand which is made of metal and has been durable compared to other cases I've had. I think the whole concept of a kickstand is great when using your phone to watch videos.HOWEVER, for iPhone 6S (6S is a little thicker than the 6) the fit is quite tight and the protective lip is not high enough to protect the phone's screen from drops. Usually the lip would be higher the the screen offering some protection, it does not on the 6S but I cannot comment on a normal 6. It would be great if Seidio offered a case specifically for the 6S with a raised lip.It was however the best kickstand case I could find for my 6S. It has a sleek, minimalist, smart look and doesn't have a cutout for the Apple logo which I think is rather tacky!

Its a decent case but the edges are sharp. And also the stand should be placed in the center not at the bottom.

Excellent produit

Eigentlich ein gutes Produkt aber es hat den gravierenden Nachteil, dass man das ipHone 6 mit der Hülle nicht mehr auf Dockingstations benutzen kann, bspw. auf Soundanlagen oder Radioweckern wo es über Nacht laden soll, denn der Stecker erreicht das Gerät nicht mehr weil die Aussparung eng gefasst ist. Habe mir stattdessen die Hülle von i-Blossom gekauft, dort ist die untere Seite komplett ausgespart und er hat auch einen kickstand, um den es mir vorrangig bei der Hülle ging
