this is an update review. They are good up to a point. Once the paste wears off, they don't hold up. I've been embarrassed because it looked like a falsie had dropped when they fell on the floor.I haven't found any other way to fasten them. I just buy new ones. I wish they sold a paste to use. They still provide a natural look. But don't last long gat long. Oh well.

I bought these because I liked the idea of reusable should pads that didn't have Velcro or need to be sewn or pinned on (some with Velcro shift and the Velcro scratches my skin). They arrived and I was extremely happy with the size and feel of them. However, as other reviewers have said: these don't stay on if you move your arms up (they just pop off when I do that and end up sticking in another place!) plus little fuzz bits from my sweaters have already gotten stuck into the gluey side of the pads and I can't get them off. Basically an interesting concept that needs some more design work...so I just can't recommend!

I like these shoulder pads because they give a little breadth to my shoulder width, which some fashionistas say helps one look slimmer! They also help hold up the neckline of a more open boat or scoop neck tee shirt. I find them frustrating because the sticky that holds them in place doesn't work as well as I would like it and they sometimes roam away from the position on my shoulder where I placed them. Also, the sticky stuff loses it stickiness after about 50 wearings and they are useless at that point. I wish there was some way to add more sticky back into them. I just keep buying new ones online a couple times a year for now until something better comes along.

Whilst I love the shoulder pads, you need to make sure that you don't put any cream on your shoulders, because the stickiness won't last long. The shape that these pads lend, is very pretty. If you have narrow shoulders, they really add a nice shape and clothes look more tailored. With proper care, they should last!

What I liked the most was these were shoulder pads. I wanted these for along time just never got around to ordering them. I finally received them and they are clearly not what I expected. They didn’t stick at all.Really bothered me ,I kept checking them to see if they were in place and half the time they were closer to my elbows than my shoulders. To make a short story of this do bother with them.

Despite the adhesive, the shoulder pads would not stay in place. Every time I moved my arms, I could feel the adhesive "lifting". The pads actually fell down into my sleeve, so I removed them. No, I would not recommend this product.

The look is natural, but the shoulder pads must be attached in some manner (safety pins, Velcro tape, etc.) to an article of clothing not to the skin. The self-stick adhesive on the underside of the pads does not stick well, and with arm movements, they come unglued.

These shoulder pads feel kinda icky to the touch because of the coating they use to make them adhere to your skin, but they looked fine/natural on me and stayed in place for the most part (I had to adjust only once). You just have to make sure you situate them on your shoulders just right and don’t do a lot of high arm movements or they may tend shift.
