Great grade of paint, goes on smoothly, coats extremely well. Great value for the cost! Drying time is above average at best, considering weather conditions!

Very high build and easy to work with. Followed instructions for mixing and application and so far I am very satisfied with the workability of the paint and it seems very durable approximately 2 weeks after it was applied. It seems to dry very hard and may not be suitable for surfaces with significant flexiblity. I cannot speak to the longevity of the product yet. The color is a light gray which is perfect for my application. Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

The preparation work is very important, do not skip any steps in the directions. The finish is amazing.

This is the thinnest epoxy product I have ever used. I have been painting with epoxy for over 30 years with many different brands. This epoxy shows high build on the can and in the product information page. It is thin like water, and did not even cover some blue paint spots left over from painting the walls of my pool. You really need 2 coats to get the thickness and coverage of 1 coat of almost all other brands of epoxy. I used Olympic Zeron brand epoxy on the walls of a 20 x 40 inground pool and it covered in one coat , an excellent premium epoxy paint product. This Doheny's epoxy also has a highly toxic smell when mixed with the hardener. I will never again purchase this inferior product.

Really quite easy to use for epoxy but I do have full gallon left and it’s beyond return date But weather has a lot to play into when you can and cannot paint . Really left a high gloss but be careful very slippery when wet and not water pre say in pool just enough to slip . This is a sixty some year old Michigan pool Didn’t turn out to bad if I don’t say so

Great stuff but way too expensive.

A bit complex to use. Must clean prep material as instructed. Paint mix ratio is odd.? Need to watch temperature for drying and time for drying fully is long. We don’t know about Adhesion longevity yet?

Painting your pool is not an easy task. My son and I (58 yo female) decided we could do it, it was a challenge for sure. But the end results were all worth it! After emptying the pool, pressure washing, acid washing and priming. We finally were at the painting stage. The pool is 10 ft deep so at the incline we added sand to the paint so that once dry we'd be be able to climb out of the deep end. We let it dry for about 6 days filled it up and we have had no bubbles, blisters, or peeling. I did noticed that the areas that we did not add the sand to are quite slippery. So I'm really really happy we decided to add the sand at the incline. We used two cans of primer and four cans of paint. The pool is 40x20 and 22,000 gallons. The smell was strong but not to the point where I needed to wear a mask.
