Special Volleyball Training Aid - SmartSpike - Hitting - Trainer

I have been coaching high school and club volleyball for 25 years. If you have $3,000 and room to store it, get an Accuspike team trainer system, which in my opinion is the best tool available to help players work on and learn perfect hitting technique. But if you're like most teams/coaches and have a limited budget and storage space, this is a small and handy little tool to accomplish the same objective. I just got it and have only used it a couple of times, but so far so good. It's pretty light weight, so I had players on my club team hold it for the others to hit off of. Ideally you have a team of 2 working it, one holding the pole and the other loading the ball into it between hits. The extension pole is very sturdy and super easy to extend and retract. The "hook" at the end has held up well so far after a couple of hitting sessions, but I'm guessing would be the part that will fail first (but should be easily and inexpensively replaced).

Nice design and very easy to adjust the height. I ordered it for my 14 years old daughter before starting her club season. I wanted her to get more practice. She loves it and practices everyday! Excellent product and very good quality. I will be buying more products A++++
