Foam Roller, ProRoll Premium High Density Foam Roller - Extra Firm With 3 Year Warranty

I did a bunch of looking around and bought this because I believed it would be the best. I was going to purchase a cheaper one but then looking at some of those after a couple of months I spend just a little bit extra and bought this one. It is very firm and I have sat on it and it didn't give at all. The first thing that I foam rolled was my quads and oh my god did it hurt so bad.. After a couple of day it was tolerable. Now I foam roll about every 2 or 3 days but I guess I'm not as tense as I used to be because now it feels good!! I was also considering buying a shorter one because I live in a small apartment but I just wrap it up in my yoga mat. The longer one is better because they're are a couple of foam rolling techniques that you wouldn't be able to do with the shorter one. And there are some workouts too that I found on Pinterest or YouTube.

I've had my foam roller for a couple of months now and I love it! It's my first one, so I can't really compare how well this works to any other foam roller out there. All I know is that it works really well for me. It definitely requires some upper body strength since you have to balance yourself while using it. At first it was really painful to foam roll. For example, I could hardly put any pressure on my calf when I was foam rolling it. The pain/discomfort was barely tolerable. But after a couple of sessions, it got a lot easier. Foam rolling really has helped to speed up recovery especially after leg day.

Not much to say, it's really a great addition to your workout, roll out those scrunched muscles to give you fuller range of movement before you start pumping weights!

Went to see a physical therapist to help my lower back pain. He gave me several stretches and one was to lay across "something" to help the arch in my upper back. I came on here and based upon the reviews bought it. Wow, I can lay on this and it helps but what really helps is when I roll my entire back on this thing. I can hear snap crackle and pop as it cracks by back. Thats all I use it for but it is great and a no brainer if you want to "pop" your back. One of my coworkers just saw me do this and she tried it herself. She says she will be buying one tonight as it also brought her some instant relief.

This is the perfect foam roller! The price is great and the quality is just what you would expect to see in a gym. It is very firm and easily accommodates a heavier person.This is definitely a must have item for anyone who needs to stretch ones back. I have constant lower back pain and this is the only thing that provides any relief.The roller is great to do Pilates exercises on too. Look for some videos on YouTube to get a great work out.This is a must buy!

This is a hard foam roll and is less "gentle" than softer rolls but it can be padded with blankets for comfort if desired. I bought this particular roll because I wanted something that would hold up for years and that would work out the kinks just right. This does the job!

This is my first foam roller and so far I love it!! I keep it at work (I'm a massage therapist) and it helps me get through my day and loosen up before I have to give a massage. It's easy to use and is great if you can't get a massage or adjustment! So far it's held up great!

It does everything that I used it for and held up just fine. I see that it's currently not available but I chose this one because it was supposedly Made in the USA and had a great warranty.
