will this work with an LG Rebel 3 cell phone?

If the cell has bluetooth, yes. However I dont like this headset. it turns off on it own after just a couple idle minutes, then has trouble reconnecting. I think its sensitive to lower versions of android as well. If I had to do it again, I wouldnt buy it.

Do it have a light on it blink let you no its on on the ear peace

I'm not sure if I get your question correctly. However, the device blinks light once it's switched on, when it's connected to or disconnected from paired device, when it's being charged and when the battery is fully charged. Hope this answers your question. Thanks and I do expect your orders soon.

anybody have a problem with it all of a sudden it says disconnected- connected for no reason

Yes! The first one I bought of these had no problems. The 2nd one I bought disconnects at random, even if the phone is in my hand. It also refuses to pair with any device now.

Question 4

If you're not wearing it, is it hard to put on quickly to answer an incoming call? Can you do it one-handed?

Not hard to put on quickly. If you are not using the ear loop it's easy to do one handed. I generally turn mine off when I'm not wearing it and turn it on when I am.
