This headset is great!!! After I recieved them they did everything they advertised and more. The voice button places, calls, reads texts, plays music... Mine started acting wonky close to a month after I got them though. The button wouldn't respond and the headset would play music randomly. Amazon refunded my money right away though. So, I bought a new pair of the same headset and sent the broken pair back. The new ones work beautifully!!!!

I purchased the Rose Gold Blue tooth retractable headphones and absolutely love them. I was seeking an additional pair of reasonably priced blue tooth headphones to use as an alternate 'go to' when my more expensive Jaybird blue tooth headphones are charging. I love these so much that I have given the more expensive Jaybird earbuds to my husband.Likes:-The packaging was classy, neat, and clean. You can tell that the brand/seller takes pride in displaying their product. It came in a nice black box with an additional bag of earbuds and a charger cord.-The color is exactly as pictured - smooth, metallic rose gold. Very sharp looking.-The buttons are nicely situated with ease in function. The earphones also nicely fold into a compact size for easy storage. So nice. I had a pair of Beats neckband wireless a few years back that broke in my suitcase. This feature is a plus for those who like to travel with their favorite earbuds.-I was particularly looking for retractable earphones and these fit the bill. So nice to be able to retract the cord so that they are not dangling in a sloppy mess around my neck. The weight of the entire piece is very light around my neck. Many times I forget they are on.-Pairing is super easy. Unlike others that I have tried where I constantly have to read the instructions when I have to pair. They pair without difficulties to my Kindle, desktop pc, laptop, Samsung phone, and my husband's IPhone. Read instructions if you are trying to pair to several media components.-I am not an audio expert but I know what sounds good in my ear. I like to listen to all kinds of music to include classical for studying and hip hop for a more upbeat mood. The earpiece delivers the music as it should. I have experienced no issues. The sound is equitable to my more expensive Jaybird's noted above. The volume button is also nicely placed and does what it is supposed to do.-The price was unbelievable. I honestly did not expect to get such a nicely packaged and well performing product for the price.Dislikes:-Wish they came in a metallic blue color as well.Below is an update for Sep 2019 - Original Purchase in 2018- I loved these headphones but sadly they do not charge anymore.- I attempted various plugs and it still does not recharge.- It appears to have died.- I believe it may be an operator error on my behalf as many instructions that come with these type of products state you must use the charging cords that come with product. I may have mixed my cords with a more powerful cord from my charging station and caused it to die.- I am keeping this a 5 star because I still agree with everything from my original comment.- I will be buying a replacement.

I’m usually walking around the house quite a bit, I have the headphone connected to my iphone. Then I the headphones connected to my iPad as well as a speaker. So I play music. Or I have my iPhone connected through Bluetooth to the SX803 to be able to get phones calls or I have my iPhone connected to my external speaker and listen to music. That’s 2 functions my iPhone is performing at the same time. It was very easy to pair my iPad to the headphones, I then connect my iPad and am able to listen to other platforms on my iPad while listening to music or phone calls on my iPhone. To me they are more convenient to use since the wires retract. Answering the phone or answering a second line is very easy, due to the location of the phone button. I also like the way they fold. They fit in my purse more conveniently because they fold.

I love everything about this headset!! I brought a more expensive pair but my mom needed a pair so I gave her my expensive set and opted for this set. I am not disappointed! If I had known about this set I could have saved so much money, like a hundred plus dollars! What I like about this set that my more expensive set didn't do is fold away neatly. That's an added bonus! It makes it easy to grab them and be on the go. I also like that the function buttons are easy to read and reach when answering a call or wanting to change a track. The battery life is amazing! I haven't charged mine for a few days and it is still on high battery. I use them for at least 2-3 hours a day and so far the battery is great. There is nothing I dislike about this headset, if you're worried about this product don't be!! It is well worth every penny!! Oh I almost forgot, the bass is SUPERB!! No distortion, it's so clear that I have to turn the volume down, that's never, ever happened. I will be buying these headsets from now on!!!

I love these headphones! I love the color and I am loving all of the features I've mastered thus far! The battery gets re-charged very quickly. And the set rests nicely on my neck and I don't even notice its there while I am working. I especially like the retractable cords for each earplug. And what I really love it that it takes about 1 second to connect with my iPhone once I turn it on to listen to Pandora! I highly recommend this product! The price was right, too!Karen in Lenexa, KS

i have had several of these in the past and this is by far the most sturdy feeling. it paired easily to my phone, but the name was a bit weird it threw me off a bit, but other then that i have had this for 2 weeks and so far no complaints here.

For the record, I am really hard in my bluetooth headsets. I typically go through one a year and so I don't like to spend a lot on a set for that reason. I like the features of being able to fold this headset to stick it in my bag when not in use. I would recommend getting the case for it though, that will be my next purchase to see if I can go longer than a year with this set. The sound quality is great and the earbud retraction is also great. The casing of the bluetooth feels thicker or heavier than my last set and there isn't a lot of give, so I am a little more careful when putting them on. The coverage range is not as far as my last set, so I just have to make sure I have my phone with me when I go from one level to another in my house. Overall, I think these are great headset for the money and I love not having the earbuds hanging down when not in use.

Great sound quality and very comfortable to wear. It’s my go-to headphones now. Battery doesn’t last as long as I would like but for the price I might buy a second one
