I love it, it tastes great and even has a fabulous squeak while chewing it! It’s a little on the expensive side but when you consider the cost of ingredients and equipment to make it, then it’s a great deal! Not quite the same as my mom made while I was growing up but tastes close enough for a little nostalgia!

Very mild cheese. Practically tasteless.Not what I expected.About the same consistency as gouda or edam, a bit softer.

The chesse gets crusty in the skillet like when a grilled chesse that drips onto the skillet but doesn't burn. I think it's a great easy, quick main course.

My favorite cheese is bread cheese (especially fried). For the price, I expected more from this brand. Will look elsewhere.

I love this cheese! My favorite way to eat it is to cut it into a strip and then cut it into pieces. I heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds, and take a toothpick and eat it that way. This cheese is so versatile heat it up however you'd like—in the toaster oven, microwave, sautéed in a pan, or thrown on the grill. I am obsessed with this cheese- just love it. When you buy bread cheese it will already look browned and charred in spots, like it's been toasted. Baking is part of the bread cheesemaking process. It's my favorite cheese!
