can I blend the serum immediately with my moisturizer since the serum has a high concentration of argireline? I

allow the argireline serum to penetrate and then apply your moisturizer. I don't use this product anymore but when I did I waited about 15 minutes before applying my moisturizer. Hope this helps. (PS I switched to Cellex C serum & hydration complex, both professional formula. They are amazing!)

i would like to see an accurate ingredient list. shouldn't the various percentages add up to 100%?

Ya know, I am not entirely sure. It doesnt list them on the package. I gotta be honest with you, i really liked this at first but have since been hooked on the Cerave line of skin care. It is not exactly inexpensive, but I also have senstive skin and since I started using it my skin has been pretty consistently healthy. I did not have any issues with the product you are referring to, but I did not continue use so there must be a reason why I lost interest.
