Durante mi embarazo utilicé estas vitaminas prenatales y tuve una muy buena experiencia. Me gustó que contienen una combinación muy completa de nutrientes importantes, incluyendo DHA y ácido fólico, por lo que no tuve que comprar varios suplementos por separado. No fishy aftertaste
I've taken these prenatals with all 5 of my babies and love them. I believe they give your body the proper amounts of nutrients to support your growing baby AND you. They don't leave a bad fishy aftertaste which is super nice since you can basically taste air while pregnant! I would definitely recommend these to all mama to be's!
