Firstly, I apologize for lacking a photo, as I know for me that's a huge part of whether or not I purchase something- but uploading right now would be a hassle due to some technical issues. On to the review: At first I was a bit worried, as multiple reviews state issues will the product firming up correctly/arriving deformed (though they received prompt and good customer service after). Mine arrived fine and even firmed up startlingly quickly. By the next day it was even firmer which was very nice. As for why I got these- my 13 year old cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes. As her treatment is new, she still deals with weakness in her back legs (which is getting better). She likes sleeping on my bed with me, and climbing on to the little bed I made her in my desk. I didn't want her straining herself to jump up and down as I have concrete floors and the jumps are difficult due to the shape of my space. These were perfect. All I had to do was show her and guide her up them once and she had it nailed down and uses them constantly. As of writing this I've just purchased a second one so I don't need to constantly move the steps from my bed to my desk and my cat's not limited if she wants to switch resting spots quickly without my interference. Price is on the slightly steeper side, but this has gone on a sale often and is very worth it in my opinion. Easy to move around and wash too. I'm not someone who cares about looks only practicality, so I didn't care much what the other reviews said in those regards- but these are nice. Simple and soft.

I couldn’t be happier with this 3-step pet ramp! My cat took to it almost immediately, which honestly surprised me because he's usually pretty picky about anything new. The steps are the perfect height and spacing, making it super easy for her to get up and down from the bed without jumping. The material feels sturdy and well-made, and I love that the surface has enough grip so she doesn’t slip. It also looks nice in the room and doesn’t feel bulky or out of place like some pet furniture can. Since using this, I’ve noticed my 17yr old cat seems more comfortable and confident, especially when getting down. It’s been such a great solution for protecting his joints while still letting him access his favorite spots. Highly recommend this for any cat owner—especially if you have an older cat or just want to make things a little easier and safer for them! This is not a paid review. My cat was diagnosed with muscle atrophy and can no longer jump, so this helps him so much.

Great dog steps. My chi is an elderly doggo now and these make it so easy for her to get up and down off my bed easy without having to jump. Love that these arrive shrink wrapped and puff up (a few hours is all it takes to fully expand) w/ no extra assembly like others of its kind I have encountered. They are sturdy and stay put but not too heavy to move around when needed. I have ordered 2 of the 4 steps and one 3 by this brand and I am happy with my purchases. Also really good to help younger dogs so they don't have to jump so hard onto the floor, hopefully it will help as they age..

We are so happy with the Mesa Lemon dog stairs. They are sturdy, well-made, and feel very secure—no wobbling or slipping when our dog uses them. The steps are the perfect height and depth, making it easy and comfortable for our pup to climb up and down on their own. I’m very happy with the stairs I just ordered for my cat. All though she has not used them yet. She has gotten a little chubby and has fallen off of the bed while jumping up.

I have an older Chihuahua who was having difficulty getting up on our bed (she firmly believes she must sleep with me every night!). Initially we used a small footstool to help her, but she eventually had difficulty with that. The next thing we tried was a step ladder-type doggie stairs. She refused to use it. Then I found these steps and thought they might work better since they're soft. Bingo! It took her a bit to get used to them, but she now uses them every night. They are just the right height for her to easily climb to the top and get on the bed. They look nice and are mostly stable, although we did have to use rug grippers under them due to our wood floors. There was really no assembly, and we really like the soft fabric. Overall, we are very pleased with these steps!

This comes in a much smaller box than I expected, but like many mattresses today, you cut it out of it plastic cocoon and it springs to life. It takes just a few hours to reach it's actual dimensions. I got this for my cat who is slowing down and not able to jump up onto the bed as easily as she used to. As soon as I had placed it by the bed, she tried it out. She immediately loved it! Probably one of the best things I ever bought for her. I haven't had it long enough to try cleaning it yet, but looks like it will be easy to clean. It is very light, but sturdy. My cat gives it a very enthusiastic tail straight up!

3/5 stars because the steps are advertised as 20” and after 3 days, the stairs are only 19”. That extra inch matters for the bed(the original purpose of buying the steps). I will keep the steps since it works for the couch and my one dog who needs them due to recent arthritis diagnosis, is using them(at least to climb up). I have another dog that would benefit from learning how to use them for the couch also. The color is pretty.

Me gustó que su altura se adapta muy bien a la altura de mi cama. Su material es muy bueno y resistente, aunque mi perro sólo pesa 4 kgs. Me cuesta trabajo que él le vea la utilidad, ja ja, porque la sube muy contento, pero si le da la prisa se echa un brinco 🙄🙄

Tomó su forma desde el instante en que la desempaque, cómoda y resistente

Viene completamente comprimido, te esperas un rato y se va haciendo del tamaño adecuado, tal como en la imagen, muy buen producto

Si se hubiera inflado en un tiempo razonable para tomar su forma original, habría dicho que es un muy buen producto, pero han pasado tres meses desde mi compra y sigue aplastado de un lado lo que hace que a mi perro le de miedo porque no lo siente seguro y que se me dificulte que lo use. Si lo empacaran en su tamaño original o nos explicaran cómo hacer que tome su forma original, sería muy bueno y nos evitaría problemas, al menos en mi caso.
