I am reviewing the Berry Cardioforlife Chewables, and on the bottom of my container the batch ID is U2004376. Its is oddly VERY salty. I rarely find a product that I can't give more than than one star to, but it is my honest opinion that no one could enjoy it, and I truly hope there's a good explanation like my lot/batch had a technical problem. I understand there is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee; but when I received this product in my Subscribe and Save shipment, I set it aside until I finished a B-Complex supplement I had been taking that would overlap too much with the Vitamin B's in this product. I really never even imagined I wouldn't like it-- and so I'm stuck with my first try being over the 30-day time limit. CONS: (the bad must come first in this case, because I can't get passed it to enjoy any of the many benefits of the product)) 1) It tastes VERY SALTY, and yet sodium is nowhere among the ingredients. 2) This saltiness was so strong, I could not finish the one chewable that I tried. 3) IF there is hidden sodium, this could be dangerous for people with high blood pressure. PROS: 1) The ingredients list has MANY ingredients that I had been seeking which is great to find all in one supplement (and no ingredients that I did not want except for whatever made the taste unpalatable due to tasting very salty). 2) It is far from being expired (EXP 04/2022) which is an important expectation but as such not something to earn an extra star.

I like the way I feel after taking this supplement, but saying it's "chewable" is like saying chalk is chewable. The tablets are the size of a a stack of 4 nickels. They seem like they might be ok, if they weren't the consistency of sand in the desert. The only way I can stomach them is to wrap the tablet in 2 chocolate Viactiv chews.

Good product and this is helping with reducing appetite which is a bonus.

I just started taking it, so I cannot vouch for its efficacy. I can, however, comment on the large size of the tablets. The flavor and texture of these large tablets made them unpalatable. I chose to cut them into quarters to reduce the size. Unfortunately, this left hard corners, which made them difficult to swallow. I will order this product in another form in the future, should I choose to repurchase.
