I always keep a bottle of this at home for emergency. 2 years ago, with no pre-symptoms and with no allergies issues, I suddenly found myself struggling to breathe. I am an older ex smoker many years and pretty Into Fitness for the last 10 years so I took the product as recommended for almost a month and I don't really feel like it did what it says it does either that or I just don't have anything in my lungs to get rid of that is possible. So just to give it the benefit of the doubt
