New technology of the IPS makes this replacement screen a better replacement than stock. The anti-glare doesn't wash out the colors like some screens. This is a great replacement screen.

Direct fit for a Thinkpad T440. A bit on the glossy side but overall, way better than the 1600x900 TN panel that was on it originally. Mine did not have any dead pixels that i could tell. Originally would not start up after windows logo, but will if you hard reset and enter bios and save changes (without making any changes). No clue on longevity but will update after a few months of use.Update: Still works but it seems that when I put pressure near the connector, the screen starts artifacting.

Purchased for my T440. Sticker removal followed by unscrew and replacement and I could see the screen matte, fast response time, etc. totally worth it.

No dead pixels as far as I can tell, very good resolution (1920x1080) the colors are vibrant, blacks are very dark.

plugged in and worked with no issues.
