Product is good but delivery experience bad and find dent on product. Customer service said only refund is available not replacement so please get refund and reorder but same product delivery take more than one week. So finally without wish product has to be kept. Further no monetary benefits offer to customer.

Received the product in good condition but the machine was faulty, the wash cycle would run continuously just taking in water and draining water eventually emptying my whole tank, Amazon initiated in a refund.

Machine is good but don't go for 8kg go for 7 or 9kg
I purchased 8kg model. Functioning wise it is good machine but if u r planning to buy 8kg model then go for 7kg bcz 8kg machine also having 7kg tub, there is no difference between 7kg and 8kg. Simply they are making money by changing 7to 8.

little bit Transportation dent
Machine arrived 1 day late than schedule theu Delhivery. It has 2 little transport dent. Installation done by company person. Will share further review. lint filter is not working as expected
