Amazing my husband wrecked the same type of cake tins that I had used for over 40 years and I can promise you this I was not impressed in the slightest and told him I would not bake another cake until I could get new ones the same.

The classic pan. My grandmother would make “ Sunday morning cake “ with this pan style. One can still use a parchment disk round insert liner but the arm on the pan bottom allows for easy release of the cake after rotating the arm around the pan after cake has cooled. Parchment inserts can be cut to s form if you do boy have any on hand. I prefer that to non stick pan for certain cakes. To each their own.
