I ordered the majestic velvet storage brench and had to contact seller to ask if they could make the legs longer. They were more than happy to help and answered every question I had . BrilliantThe bench also arrived 5 days earlier than was expected which was wonderful . It really is lovely and looks great in my hallway. I would not hesitate to order again from this seller. absolutely brilliant
We are more than pleased with our purchase. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour by dithering about choosing - but I emailed and asked to change colour as soon as I spotted my mistake (next morning!). They responded really quickly to tell me the colour had been changed - phew! The stool/bench arrived a week before expected date, well packed and it is really stunning.Don't hesitate - I highly recommend.
