This tea surprised me in a good way. The flavor is mild and it helped a lot with muscle soreness. I drink it at night and it leaves me super relaxed. Very good and affordable.

Highly recommend this Arnica tea. I recently had foot surgery and I started taking the tea last week twice a day and I add a little bit of honey.
