Not sure what ingredient does it, but it curbs my hunger for hours and I am starting to lose weight.

I really like this protein shake. Just mix with water and it has 80 calories and 15 grams of protein. Just wished it was less expensive on Amazon. I bought mine at TJ Maxx at half this price and was hoping Amazon would meet it or beat the price.
