Nacht Wimmelbuch Midi Ausgabe

My son and I LOVE the Wimmelbuch books but this one is small and difficult to see due to the dark colored nature of the book. I wish I would have headed the reviews of other people more and not spent the money. If the book was sized and printed like the other ones, it would be great to have but in the end it is not worth the money.

I loved the "In the town all year round" book and expected this one also come in a large format. Instead it's a small portable book with tiny print. It's wouldn't be a problem in itself, but it also uses very dark colors, so it's rather hard to see any details.

This is the the night companion book to In The Town All Year Round. It hasn't been translated from the German though it doesn't really matter since it is all visual. The drawings are so detailed and delightful. This is a board book and thus the pictures are smaller. Hard for this grandma but still great fun.

Love these books. Just wish this came in a bigger size like the other ones.

It's totally my fault for not reading the details, but my son has the full-size English-text version of In the Town All Year Round, and I had assumed this was another full-size book showing the town at night through all the seasons. Unfortunately it is a little one-season book, and it's hard to see the incredible details of each page at this size. I will be looking for this in a full-size version as we are just in love with the All Year Round book. We "read" it nearly every night, following the different characters, playing I-spy games, tracking changes to the landscape through each season, etc. I hope a full nighttime version exists!

These books (including the four seasons) have been my grandson's favorites. We look at them over and over and always find new stories in it. Or we make them up. There is text in it, so you can just discover your own stories. The books are written by a German author and have been wildly successful in Europe. The fun this is to discover how seasons, human behavior and animals change with the seasons and also at night. You will love those books.

This book is a wonderful companion to the set that we have. We love see the families and friends in their evening as well.

My 3 year old loves it. We’ve had Around town all year round and love it. I wish it was bigger though.

Insgesamt bin ich großer Fan der Wimmelbücher von R.S. Berners. Eine tolle Serie für Kleinkinder. Auf jeder Seite der Bücher lassen sich Dinge aus ihrer Lebenswelt entdecken. Z.B. Finden sich überall verschiedene Tiere und R.S. Berners schafft es, auch exotische Tiere geschickt unterzubringen. Somit werden die Kleinen durch Welten und Jahreszeiten geführt und man kann sie ermuntern, ihre Entdeckungen mitzuteilen. Aufgrund der stabilen Verarbeitung sind die Bücher schon für kleine Kinderhände geeignet. Ab ca. 1,5 Jahren wird es auch inhaltlich spannend.Mir gefällt, dass sie in ihrer Serie viele kleine Geschichten erzählt, die sich durch die einzelnen Bände ziehen und weiter entwickeln. Somit hat man auch als Erwachsener noch was zu entdecken, wenn man den einzelnen Figuren folgt.Leider ist ausgerechnet das Nacht Buch im kleineren Format erschienen. Einerseits praktisch für die Handtasche. Andererseits ganz unpraktisch für vorlesende Großeltern die nicht mehr so gut sehen können.

Die ganze Serie von diesen Büchern ist hier heiß geliebt aber sie einfach echt groß für kleine Kinder und nix für unterwegs deswegen wollten wir es mit der kleineren Version versuchen aber dieses Buch ist echt so klein das man die ganzen schönen Details gar nicht mehr richtig sieht dafür ist es echt handlich!

Wir haben schon die komplette Jahreszeitenserie der Wimmelbücher, sie sind einfach genial und hier seit 2 Jahren der Renner. Aber darüber wurden ja bereits ausreichend Rezensionen veröffentlicht. Das Nacht-Wimmelbuch ist eine tolle Ergänzung und kam hier inhaltlich auch wieder super an. Ich hatte es dieses Mal in dem kleinen Format (für eine Reise) gekauft, würde dieses Format aber nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Abbildungen sind doch arg klein und wir haben deshalb weniger Spaß an diesem Buch, als an den großen Büchern.

ein tolles Buch, mit schönen Illustrationen. einen Stern Abzug gibt es, dass es doch recht klein geraten ist und manches eher schlecht zu erkenn, zumal es sich um sehr dunkle Bilder handelt

eine schöne Erweiterung zu den Jahreszeiten-Büchern. Es ist schön, die Details zu bestaunen und einzelne Dinge zu suchen und gemeinsam zu finden. Später kann man bestimmt schön Geschichten drum herum erzählen...Ich liebe sie und mein zweijähriges Kind auch!
