Good product small tank
This is a great product. It does a great job of taking out the moisture from the air and does it quickly and quietly. The app is decent too. Easy instructions as well. However the tank size is small and during the high noon it fills up quick. Area served: Second floor loft about 700 sqft.

Reliable brand, great app control, and keeps the humidity down
This compressor-based dehumidifier works pretty well. We’ve had an older model from the same manufacturer for years, and it's still running strong. We needed another one for my office, and after a lot of research, I chose this one. If you’re looking for a good dehumidifier under $100, it doesn’t exist—you’ll just waste your money. There are cheap options on Amazon with good reviews, but I suspect most of those are fake. I was a bit skeptical given the smaller size of this model, but it delivers! It keeps my room at an acceptable humidity level during the humid spring and fall when the AC isn’t running. Plus, it’s not too huge, and it’s much quieter than the larger-capacity unit we keep in the living room. I still turn it off at night, but during the day while working from home, the sound doesn't bother me—unless I’m making a call or recording a video, in which case I just turn it off. Operating it via the phone app is also super convenient.

Leaking in 4 months
Started leaking afer 4 months. Filter placement is on the back and needs to be 18" from wall when in use according to the manual. It is used in a small bathroom and inconvenient to pull out from the wall everytime someone takes a shower to have push back out of the way. But the biggie is it started leaking so fast. Every dehumidifier I have owned up to this point has lasted years. I don't see myself punching this brand ever again.

Condensate Hose Fitting Can’t be Adapted
Condensate discharge hose is a completely nonstandard hose thread and can ONLY be used with the 3’ piece of 5/16” diameter (approximately) of hose that comes with the unit. It cannot be connected to a longer hose of any type. TERRIBLE design. Why not put a standard hose fitting on it???? Missed the return window- will not buy again. Additionally the collection bucket is tiny- less than 2 quarts. Otherwise a seemingly nice little unit but cannot move much condensate a very long distance. ***Update - well, the company has really stepped up to the plate, a bit to my surprise. They allowed me to return the item as a warranty return and were really quick to respond to emails... like less than an hour. While I still stand by the fact that the hose fitting should be a standard fitting.... I already own a larger Home dehumidifier and it has a standard fitting, so was expecting the same. However-this new unit is very small so maybe there wasn't space..... anyway, I have to give them a 4+ rating for recovering so well and so quickly on my dissatisfaction. Apparently they really want to be in the dehumidifier business long term......

High-quality compact dehumidifier that is silent with a wonderful price
A very good price for a wonderful quiet dehumidifier. Next time I’ll buy one larger because of the amount of water that it pulls from all of my air in my home. In Florida, we have high humidity, and this will tackle the chore with ease. My power bill did not even change because of its energy star rating.

Helped cool the house
The humidity was at 61%. We are averaging 55% now. Every 6 hours we empty the tank. It has helped with the temps. We will buy the bigger unit to run during the day and the smaller one at night. The noise level is beyond acceptable

Works well
EDIT #2: I'm updating this review because of my customer service experience. I contacted the company through thr link in Amazpn. They responded quickly and asked for a few pieces of information. Since it was still covered by the 1 year warranty they shipped me a new one that I received the next day. EDIT: We bought this dehumidifer in July 2025. It is now March 2026 and this dehumidifer has leaked water onto our floor 2x now. The first time was possible due to the floater getting stuck. The 2nd time makes no sense as the tank was only 1/4th of the way full and the water was coming out of where the cord was attached. Instead of humidity I now have to worry about water damage. We bought the 1,800 sq ft dehumidifer for our 1,200 sq ft house. It does pretty good. We live in Texas and it has been consistently humid this entire year. I notice a difference before we had it to now. It will still be hot in our house, but that's usually because we are cooking, running dishwasher, and/or doing laundry. There won't he humidity, but just heat. A bigger size might work better, but this one seems to work. I wouldn't think a larger size would make a difference with running heat producing appliances. I did have an issue setting up the wifi (the reason for thr loss of the star). I downloaded the app and I couldn't get it to work. It also wanted access to a lot, so I didn't do it. I can go about 12 hours before I have to dump the tank.

Ineffective for my small bathroom
I’ve been really frustrated with this device. I have it running constantly on turbo mode set at 35% humidity and it can never get my tiny bathroom below 40 and even then it’s because no one has showered for days. The tank is too small to be effective. I empty it at night and it is full before I wake up in the morning so the humidity spikes overnight. I started using the hose so the water constantly drains, but now there is mold growing inside the hose. It’s also constantly trying to access wifi because I accidentally entered that mode and can’t get back out, even after unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. I spent way too much money on this unit for it to be so ineffective on such a small bathroom. Maybe I just have a faulty unit? I’d return it if I could.
