Ader Rubber Dumbbell Set 8 Pairs with Vertical Rack

Be warned that the smell that comes off these things is extremely strong. To the point it made the whole house smell like a combination of burnt rubber and motor oil. Its GOD AWFUL!!!. I tried working out with these in the same area and almost passed out because of the smell. Even though its winter and pretty cold, I even tried opening the windows with large fans, and using a very expensive air filter at night...but after almost two weeks, the smell is the same. So now I've move them to a covered patio outside and will leave them there until summer. Hopefully that will help as they are currently unusable. I noticed they are made in China which more than likely means whatever the smell is coming off of these is toxic at some level. The dumbbells look great but are unusable for anyone with an enclosed area indoors.After several months outside the smell didn't change, may have even gotten stronger. I'm not sure what they are doing in China to get this smell but it's messed up. I can't use these and wound up listing them in the FREE section on a big online ad service. I feel a bit sorry for the bloke who took them but I'm out $800 bucks. I should have given to someone I really didn't like like the manufacturer who would sell these abominations and not warn prospective buyers of the smell!!

I ordered this set as part of my new years resolution to get fit again. It came in quickly and the dumbbells were perfect! They fit in my home gym nicely with my other equipment. Great price point and would buy it again
