Hendersons Yorkshire Relish 284 ml

My buddy in the UK has a recipe for Bolognese which I wanted to try... when he said he put relish in it, I was interested... then he explained it wasn't the chopped pickles we are used to... it was this... so I ordered some. I've found it useful for many things... even French fries...Here is what my buddy came up with...450g mince (1 pound Ground Beef)Chopped garlic1 finely chopped onion2 medium-sized carrots diced.1 tin tomato Frito (pureed tomato sauce with a hint of onion and garlic.1 tin Passata (thick paste made from strained tomatoes)Tomato pasteGenerous dash of Henderson's relish (makes all the difference)Sprinkle of PaprikaGood luck!
