With pre made royal icing can you just add food coloring to make color ?

I don't know about regular food coloring but they sell gel coloring just for this product which isn't expensive and would probably not work best

What would I have students use to make a line on a gingerbread house?

A very small tipped icing tip that would go on a pastry bag (you can get clear ones that you can throw away)

Can I use this to ice cookies?

Yes, you can. You could also use it to make decorations on the cookies.

Accidents Happen…

Arrived busted and dried out, I’m sure not due to warehouse but possibly just in shipping. Price point was great, it just unfortunately didn’t work out. I also thought I had ordered the meringue powder not the fully made royal icing. Unfortunately because I do make my own RI I cannot give any info on how this icing is because I’ve never tried using it.
