Cheated
It came broke, seller asked me to return it and then he charged me $132 for restocking and never replace the item. I was cheated. He probably sold this already broke knowing that he’s gonna get money anyway

No directions and one of them does not work well...you could tell it had been returned before.

So far everything has been good. My 2 kids
Bought these in Black about 7 months ago. So far everything has been good. My 2 kids watch their own dvds most of the time, in the rare case that they do want to watch the same, you can switch to AV mode at the touch of a button. The cigarette adapters work great, the lenght could be a little longer, but they make powering on the headrests easy. The wireless headphones have worked well, a little stactic now and then, depending on where we are. It took about 30 mins to completely install both headrests. I have to say i am happy with them and would recommend them, especially for anyone who has kids.
