Aluminum Technique Bar, 72-Inch

I didn't even know these existed until a week ago. Took a chance on this and it's a sturdy but light bar that feels great in the hand and is great for learning technique, in this case for my kids. Even attractive, shiny, and new which doesn't hurt when it comes to a child's enthusiasm.

The barbell that came was definitely not what was in the picture. I have a couple of the barbells that are in the picture, which are great technique bars. This however is not at all what I expected.1. It doesn’t fit on a rig2. It doesn’t spin at all3. It does not weight 15lbs4. The diameter is much more narrow than your standard barbell, more like a 35lb “women’s” bar if that even.I know it has “brass bushings“ to spin on, but that is not the case. This bar is probably one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made on amazon.Do not buy this bar!!!!!!

Seems a like a decent bar for the money. Sleeves spin ok but not great.
