This camera has saved my life. I got this because my mom has dementia and I needed something to be able to watch her in her room as she is a fall risk. This camera is perfect. It has night vision, sound, can track, when my child or brother have been in the room with her I can communicate with them through the camera. I’ve got it downloaded on my iPad, iPhone 7+ and Samsung J7. I’ve been so impressed by it that 5 of my friends have bought them and been just as pleased.They’re easy to install, download the app, the feed is encrypted.Things to know- after 30 days you will be prompted to upgrade your cloud storage- after I did it, it completely wiped everything I had and I had to reinstall the app on one device to get it on all my devices. I haven’t looked to see why but the issue is resolved and all my recordings are back. I paid $25 for a full year of motion detection cloud storage. That’s a great deal for what I need. You can get an SD card as well.There are times that the camera has randomly tracked to the left. You can move it from your phone so it’s an easy fix but slightly disconcerting.All in all for the price? This has been a phenomenal deal

I was looking for an inexpensive easy to use monitoring system for my new puppy. See how she does when she's left alone for a while in the house and if she's barking or chewing on things while I'm at work. Night vision is great as you can see in the photo, it's clear as day although the puppy looks a little evil :) The audio is good quality and the ability to view this on my phone and on a PC at work was important. I did have a difficult time finding the link to download the PC software because I threw away the instructions before I downloaded it. I reached out to the seller and they responded immediately with a link to the software and offered to help with any set up which I didn't need. It's very simple to connect all the way around. For the price I recommend this camera for monitoring and checking on things around the house while you're way, especially if you've got an anxious puppy!

Wish I could have seen how this worked. Instructions are horrible, and the app doesn't work they tell you to download. Never got it hooked up and sent it back. I'll just go to Walmart to pick up a camera that isn't so difficult to get working on my smart phone.

As a senior citizen alone during the day, I placed this in a upstairs bedroom covering the backyard. I get alerts on my tablet if any activity and can just look into the yard if I think I hear anything or before going out. I set it up myself and downloaded the app as well. I will have my son set it to record during the day if I’m gone out. Will consider one for the front of the house when I get the money.

Pros: Does the job .... for the price you definitely get a good quality picture. Lightweight and easily hidden. App works to watch camera when not connected to WiFi long as device stayed connected to WiFi . Super simple to set upCons: doesn’t connect to 5G luckily I have 4G and 5G . It has to stay plugged in so moving around means having to reset it every time it’s unplugged. 2 way talk is a little delayed .Overall I would recommend the product I bought it to watch my dog while he’s alone for hours when I’m away or at work. Love that I can record save videos and take snapshots.

Most of the time, from my iPhone or from the PC App, I cannot see any live video. Just a black screen. Occasionally it does work. On my iPhone, I often see the "Slow Network" message. But the camera is only 50 feet from my WiFi antenna. This is not far at all. So I moved the camera to 8 feet from the antenna. Same problem. I did a Speedtest from my iPhone at the same spot (using the 2.4GHz band), and I get 42Mbps (down) and 10Mbps (up) which is excellent speed. So the bottom-line is: there is no network speed problem unless it is the camera itself. I also suspect it is their cloud server. In any case, the camera is hardly usable.

The app for this is absolute trash. Constant crashes and no way to fix it, aside from poorly written instructions that are operating under the presumption that the camera will do exactly as they say it'll do....except, that's why you're troublshooting in the first place. There is also NO WAY this is an HD camera. Not even close. There is zero customer support and the only chance of fixing its issues is sheer luck that it pops back up. I've had it less than a year and it now sits in a drawer doing nothing.

This is a great camera for the price. The designers did a great job with the camera.It does need better installation instructions to make it easier for people to set it up. There is clearly a language barrier between the camera makers and their customers. I think it would be very useful if the camera had a clear installation video that takes you through the steps (start to finish). The current video they have is for a different model of camera and it only describes the features (not a full installation guide). The manual is not translated very well.Also, the mobile application needs to be updated to make it possible to choose the camera recording schedule (and to record motion detector events) on the cloud, maybe that feature is there, but I couldn't easily find it.
