Software not good for heavy office use. Hardware is fine
Least favorite headset I've ever owned. I make and take a lot of phone calls for work. These are a logistical nightmare in so many ways. Answering the phone with the mic off, then I have to turn the mic on and apologize for the silence and awkwardness. Dial tones sounding warped. Muted answering machines. These problems are pretty intermittent, but they are reoccurring, which leads to me not trusting these headphones. These problems are bad for business and might have cost me money. I have the phone app and web app, and I have checked for software updates. No solutions. Wish there were a way to leave feedback on the app. I would have done this there. Dell, please do better. I wouldn't recommend these headphones for anything other than listening to music, which they are great for. I did not get these for that.

Dépasse les attentes
Ayant des oreilles sensibles et étant beaucoup en télétravail, je cherchais un casque avec plusieurs critères : - Annulation de bruit - Confortable (Recouvre l'oreille plutôt que d'appuyer) - Un dongle pour une meilleure connexion au pc En plus de remplir ces différents critères il dépasse mes attentes avec un style discret (contrairement aux casques gaming classique), la possibilité de le connecter à 2 appareils en même temps et très grande autonomie niveau batterie.
