It spreads quickly and evenly and gives a natural glow look and not too much of make up type of look.

Not worth it
This isn’t “glowy” other than having bits of fine glitter in it. It’s odd packaging, but not unusable if you have a tray or other powder cap to sift some of this into before dipping in a brush. The issue for me is that I wanted a loose powder for setting makeup that wasn’t dry and cakey, preferably something with a light luminous finish. This isn’t that.
