Unbelievable - this company sent me a request for a review after I posted a 3 star review (left at the bottom) with the following blanket form message. Clearly they do not actually read or care about their customer responses. They easily could've fixed my problem as I was only missing an item from my package but they did not becasue they did not listen to my feedback. If they actually meant what they said in the email they would've corrected my problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Their email:Dear ,Would you please help me out? Out of the thousands of people that order our products on Amazon; 99 out of 100 times they are totally happy with their order, have no issues and continue on their merry way without leaving a good review, (this is great and all) but on the other hand; those 1% that run into any small issue will quickly jump on a computer and post a harsh review (it will often stay even after I help them resolve the issue).So it seems potential buyers see my product as having problems in reviews, when in fact; they only see the 1% problems and never the other 99 people who were totally satisfied! It is really unfair and really hurts my sales which causes much stress in my life overall.So... could you help me out? This product gave me the waves (not curls) I wanted and is easy to use. I gave 3 stars because the item was misrepresented - the sealed package I received was missing the heat resistant glove and the instructions (not really necessary as the curling wand is easy to use) were misprinted with straightening iron instructions inside.

Love this tool to add nice waves to my hair

I am writing this review not because I bought it on Amazon. I got mine out of marshals it was discounted because I guess it was there for a long time. I looked is online and saw that the people who have used it enjoy their waves. I myself have like a crimp curl naturally and it doesn’t do what I want it to do. I saw this product and I might as well give it a try since it was under $20 if I would’ve known it was going to do this well I would so have bought it sooner. I am a bargain shopper I find $80 a little bit over my price range when it takes so many different products to calm my frizz. It doesn’t leave my hair stringy it leaves it feeling soft and manageable. I love the different heat settings so I don’t have to use it super high. The one con that I’ve feel is that the buttons are super easy to accidentally press while you’re using them. I found it funny that it came with the straightening instructions. I saw that another person who bought it had the same issue. Luckily this wand is very straightforward.Give it a try yourself if you’re not looking for curly curly hair and you’re looking for just that windblown beach curl this is the product for you.
