We Like Vitamins Phytoceramides（フィトセラミド） 350mg 200粒

I began using phytoceramides for my aging skin several years ago. Ive used multiple brands and so far, this is my favorite. I have an arthritic reaction to magnesium stearate which is found in most supplements so must find products manufactured without it. This one qualifies. If I don’t take phytoceramides for a week or two, my face begins showing additional signs of aging but when I get back on track, those new signs fade away. I take it at bedtime thinking that the time when skin is in repair mode is the most efficient. From what I’ve seen on Amazon, this is the best value—and it works as well as those costing 2-4 times as much.

Have been using this, hyaluronic acid oral supplement, and usually 2 scoops of a good collagen powder in my coffee daily. I have had one hip replacement and doctor said other hip was equally as bad on X-ray as former replaced. Also, 4 yrs ago I had to have that deep hip steroid injection, yikes needle touching bone! Well, after that first and only injection I began above regimen - with the collage powder actually began a year before the other supplements. Zero pain in almost 5 years! I am just now starting to have a little twinge occasionally, I know another replacement is probably coming, however to stave off for almost 5 yrs. now has been a blessing! With the added benefit of the rest of the skin on your body looking better--think a subtle glow--moisture level improved.

After just a few days of taking these Phytoceramides, my skin feels noticeably more hydrated and plump, and I love that they're plant-based and wheat-free, making them a great option for my sensitive system. The 200-capsule count is a fantastic value, and I appreciate that the formula is all-natural, and this has quickly become a staple in my daily skincare-from-within routine!

I see such a moisturized difference in my skin! I’m hydrated and glowing. It doesn’t taste funny & I’ve had no digestive challenges. When I forget to take it and my eczema flares up, I take it and my skin calms down. Such a fan!

I've used phytoceramides for years, they really have helped me with dry skin and hair. I prefer the 1000 mg capsules, I take 2 1000 mg per day so this is not as effective I don't think but I will see. After a few months I'll review again as I've used the 750 mg for only 1 month.
