I returned this item . The plug from the sheet had one prong and the UK adapter provided accommodated a two prong connector . There were few and only general instructions and this connection was not explained .

Finally I gave it a try. I am very happy with this decision, since I use it I feel more focused and coincidence or not, one evening I had a small back ache and I said: let's see if by morning I still have this ache. In the morning I haven't had the ache anymore, so it might be a benefit from grounding. I am happy with the quality of the sheet, and also has a long cable, so even if the socket is in another part of the room, you can use it. I recommend this product to my friends.

This grounding sheet is very good value for money and I have found my legs don’t ache so much in bed I would buy a bigger size next time

Been looking for a grounding sheet for ages. Tried it and this is so good. Such good quality. I dnt like black color so that is perfect that I had an option of white color. Only used a few days but I am loving the purchase so far. Come with grounding accessories too.
